Monster Strawberry Kurepu Crepe with Vincent Yeow Lim

Ingredients
Giant strawberries
2 bottles Norco vanilla cream
Crepe Batter
Japanese super whip
Strawberry Sauce
Japanese Chiffon cake

Recipe for vanilla whipped cream
1.2L Norco thickened cream
200g Granulated sugar
2tsp vanilla extract

Steps
1. Combine the cream, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl.
2. Using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, whisk the cream on high speed until it reaches stiff peaks.
3. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
4. Assemble the crepe according to the video.
