Orange Mandarin Drizzle Cake

1 Green’s Zesty Orange Cake
150mL Norco Full Cream Milk
2 Eggs
3 Tablespoons Norco Butter Unsalted
2 Mandarins, segmented and pith removed

Mandarin syrup:
¾ cups caster sugar
Juice from 6 mandarins

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Prepare and bake the zesty orange cake according to packet instructions.

To make the mandarin syrup, place the sugar and mandarin juice in a saucepan and simmer until sugar has dissolved.

Pierce the cake with a skewer and drizzle the syrup all over. Top the cake with some mandarin segments.
