Hot Fudge Sundae
This Hot Fudge Sundae takes everything you love about the classic and turns it into pure, spoon-grabbing indulgence. Silky, homemade chocolate fudge melts into creamy vanilla ice cream, while fresh strawberries, toasted peanuts, and buttery shortbread add brightness and crunch. It’s a beautiful mix of warm and cold, rich and refreshing, nostalgic and just a little bit fancy.
Simple to assemble yet impossible to resist, this sundae is the kind of dessert that makes any moment feel like a celebration. One bite, and you’re hooked.

What You’ll Need
100g 70% Dark Chocolate
50g caster sugar
80g Glucose
3 tbsp cocoa powder
Salt
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Norco cape byron vanilla ice cream
1 punnet of strawberries, diced
½ cup toasted peanuts
8 glace cherries
½ cup crushed short bread biscuits
In a saucepan combine the Norco Thickened Cream, chocolate, sugar, glucose, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until the mixture is fully combined and just comes to a boil. Remove from the heat, add in the butter and vanilla. Set aside.
To make the sundaes start with a spoon of the warm fudge in the bottom of the jar. Add peanuts, strawberries and crushed short bread biscuits then Top with a scoop of ice cream. Repeat the process until you have 3 scoops. To finish garnish with a cherry on top.
