Salted Caramel Sundae

250g Norco Salted Butter
300ml Norco Thickened Cream
½ cup water
150g Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon of Sea Salt
Hinterland Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (Or your favourite Hinterland flavour!)
Crushed biscuits of choice

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat
Stir in half a cup of water
Add brown sugar gradually, stirring it through to melt
Add thickened cream and continue stirring until mixed through
Allow to cool slightly then pour over a bowl of Hinterland Ice Cream
Sprinkle crushed biscuits of your choice over the top
