Ingredients
100g 70% Dark Chocolate
50g caster sugar
120g Norco Thickened Cream
80g Glucose
3tbs cocoa powder
salt
2tbs butter
1tsp vanilla bean paste
Norco Cape Byron Vanilla Ice cream
1 punnet of strawberries, diced
½ cup toasted peanuts
8 glace cherries
½ cup crushed short bread biscuits
Method
In a saucepan combine the Norco Thickened Cream, chocolate, sugar,
glucose, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat
stirring occasionally until the mixture is fully combined and just comes
to a boil. Remove from the heat, add in the butter and vanilla. Set aside.
To make the sundaes start with a spoon of the warm fudge in the bottom
of the jar. Add peanuts, strawberries and crushed short bread biscuits
then Top with a scoop of ice cream. Repeat the process until you have 3
scoops. To finish garnish with a cherry on top.
