Savoury Pesto Parmesan Scone

Ingredients
Greens Savoury Scone Cheese & Chive mix 460g
Pesto 300g
Norco Shredded Parmesan 200g
Norco Butter
Norco Full Cream Milk
Jam

Method
Preheat oven to 200c (180c fan forced)
Line baking tray with baking paper
Place scone mix and water into a mixing bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until a sticky, soft dough has formed
Alternatively, once the mix has come together, knead with your hands until a soft, sticky dough has formed. Place dough onto a well-floured surface and rest of 5 mins

Dust and roll out dough to 2cm thickness
Cut out 9 scones using scone cutter, dipping cutter into flour between cuts to prevent sticking
Create a well on top of each scone with your thumb and add pesto and Norco Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Place onto baking tray. Brush tops and sides of scones with Norco milk

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown
Allow to cool for 5 minutes prior to transferring onto cooling rack
Cut scones in half and spread jam onto warm scones
